This free interactive and practical workshop brings together the latest thinking in capturing value and provides SME participants with new lenses on how to ‘weather the storm’ of climate change and uncertainty.

Now more than ever organisations are increasingly active in starting or accelerating new sustainable and circular approaches. Climate and other crises require companies to reduce their resource dependency and impact on the planet. Many companies are grappling with how to achieve this whilst remaining profitable and high performing.

In addition, new disruptive business initiatives are affecting current strategies and value creation. How can companies respond to these challenges and remain competitive?

In this workshop, experts from the University of Cambridge will guide participants in using the Cambridge Value Mapping tool, identifying hidden value and exploring where your business/products/services are under-performing from the perspective of different stakeholders.
